Soujuk Method Is A Fabulous Way To Stock  Foods  That Keep Them For Consuming During Winter Season In Turkey. This Is Old Turkish Traditional Way Of Keep Foods For Long Time. Made by dipping a string with walnut, pistachio or almond pieces into the mixture of grape molasses, white sugar and starch, this sausage-shaped candy is then hung out to dry and cut into pieces and lastly enjoyed as a gummi-like dessert.
